- Do I have to create an account before I can make a purchase?
No, you can purchase on our website as a guest. However, we strongly recommend you create an account to take the full advantage of our online store.
- Do you provide Tax Invoices for GST purposes?
Yes we do. These are sent with the item if billing address is not provided. Or these will be sent to your billing address after the item has been sent out.
- I see some product's availability is "On Order", what does that mean?
If a product's availability is "On Order", that means it is not an generally stocked item and we will order it for you after receving your order. General lead time for this kind of product is 2-4 weeks and we will email your the exact ETA upon receiving your order.
- What if I puchased item is out of stock?
Generally you won't be able to purchase an out of stock tiem but if you purchased an item which is out of stock you can wait until the stock comes or you can cancel your order without penalty, we will contact you if you have purchased a unstocked product, or please contact us if you would like to cancel your order.
- After I submit an order, how will I be advised of the order's progress?
We will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check our online order status page for live updates.
- How do I use DataSquare.co.nz's shopping cart?
Search or browse to the item you want to buy. Click "Add To Cart" for each item you want. If you want to buy more than one unit of an item, input the desired quantity in the "Qty:" field and then click "Add To Cart". If you need to shop for more items, click "Continue Shopping". After you've added all items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, click "Check Out" and following the onscreen instructions.
- Does DataSquare.co.nz accept phone, fax or email orders?
Yes, you can place your order by calling 09 4770086, faxing 09 4799163 or emailing contact@datasquare.co.nz.
- Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?
No. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling customer service at 09 477 0086. Once our warehouses have processed an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.
- Can I reoder the products I have ordered before?
Yes, you need to login to your account first and click on "Reorder" from the order history page.
- I didn't see an order confirmation page. Was my order submitted successfully?
If you didn't see an order confirmation page even though you clicked the last order confirmation button, our server probably still received your order. This happens when communication back to your PC is interrupted following your order submission. You may wish to contact our us at 09 477 0086 to make sure your order was received.
- How can I check my order status online
First, log in your account first. Look for the order you want to check the status on and click "View Order". You will be able to check your order status from there.
- How do I pay?
We accept payment from Credit Card, Direct Debit , Cheque or EFTPOS. Payment by any type of bank transfer will not be considered payment until the payment has been fully cleared.

We do not charge extra fee for credit card payment

- Do you offer any finance options?
Yes, we can offer finance on orders if the total is over $1000. All financing is subject to normal lending criteria. Please call Flexirent on 0800 444 827 before you placing the order to get approval. And when ordering, please note in the special instruction field that you would like to pay by finance.
- How much is the feight?
We offer free shipping nation wide for orders over $60(including GST), for orders below $60, we charge a flat handling fee of $6.
- Does Datasquare.co.nz deliver to P.O. Boxes?

- When will my order arrive?
All orders placed before 3:00PM on weekdays will be shipped on the same day, it will ususally arrive the next business day, otherwise it will arrive the following day.
- Can I go to your showroom directly to purchase the products?
Yes, you can. But please do call first to make sure the product you are after is available from our showroom address.
- What is your policy on return products
All returns MUST be in resalable condition with complete packaging/manuals/software. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice within 7 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all return goods.
- How do I acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)?

- Is it mandatory to have an RMA number in order to return a product?
Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the applicable Return Policy period. Datasquare will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. Datasquare must receive the returned products within this timeframe. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
